Yongjing Chemical Co., Ltd. has an annual capacity of 500 tons of high-pure carbon tetrafluoride, 1,100 tons of sulphur hexafluoride, 60 tons of iodine pentafluoride, 10 tons of antimony pentafluoride, 100 tons of fluorine nitrogen gas mixture, 60 tons of high-pure hexafluoroethane and 30 tons of high-pure octafluoropropane.
